5L20.20  RLC RESONANCE



  • The phase shift in a series RLC resonant circuit can be observed on an oscilloscope as the input frequency is varied.







        (use Cenco 79750 coil with 0.1 uf cap, 1000 ohm resistor and 1.4 kHz sine wave)


  • Change the wiring slightly to observe the response of a parallel RLC resonant circuit.









        (1 extra 1' cable needed for this arrangement)
