These are the beautiful Bridger mountains. Bozeman is nestled comfortably into the Gallatin valley of south-west Montana. There is no end to outdoor activites here. On the opposite face of these mountains is Bridger Bowl, the community ski hill. Winter is my favorite season here. There are many other options beyond skiing, such as snowshoeing: our lab had a good hike up Blackmore (see below). During the summer backpacking and fly fishing are great ways to spend a weekend.

Bozeman is also close to both yellowstone and glacier national parks, which offer unique and wonderful experiences on each visit.
