Title: Influence of extrinsic and intrinsic defects, pressure and temperature on lithium niobate and tantalate properties.

M.Sc. in Physics of dielectrics and ferroelectrics, Rostov-on-Don State University, USSR

Interests:
Experimental research of defects in ferroelectrics, non-linear optical materials, electro and acousto-optical crystals.
