Scanning Auger Microprobe
This Phi 545 Scanning Auger system was donated to the Physics Department by Intel.
It is used for routine Auger analysis, undergraduate student research and senior lab instruction.
The 545 has a sample introduction transfer arm; cylindrical mirror analyzer, ion gun, and imaging capability.
