NASA-funded ERD Target Chamber
Chamber includes: Cylindrical Mirror Analyzer for AES; UTI gas analyzer; two solid-state detectors
for ERD and RBS; ion gun for cleaning targets; gas handling manifold; and target goniometer.
A differentially pumped beamline provides a 1 mm diameter beam of up to 150 nA on target in
UHV.
