4A30.11  THERMOSTAT

Hold thermostat so bimetallic strip is 6" above flame, contacts open in a few seconds. Can adjust temperature setting so it opens by breathing on it.

An arm from a temperature logger traces out an arc as it is warmed by a heat gun.
