  • A mass on a string hanging over a pulley holds a glider on an incline or accelerates it.
  • Stop the glider before it reaches the end of the track.
  • Gliders differ in mass by a factor of 2.
        (use 10-200 g masses only, elevate one end with 10 x 10 cm block)
        (50 g holds glider on 1.2 m track elevated 10 cm)
        (put tarp on floor to catch hanging mass, remove pulley during transport)
