The LISA Simulator source codes are available as a gzipped tar ball:

Version 2.1 Simulator2.1.1tgz.

Unpack by typing

tar -xvzf Simulator2.1.1.tgz

This will create a directory called "Simulator2.1.1" that contains the source codes and header files needed to compile the various components of the LISA Simulator. Three empty sub-directories will also be created: Binary, Data and XML.
